well for starters, this one really looks "Real"

and i mean not photo realistic but "humanly".

the amount of detail you have tried and succesfully integrate in to this piece is amazing and very well done
the hair do
the individual threads
the jewelry woven in the hair do the head piece
the necklace even the shadow of all those jewelry has been well thought and applied very realsiticliy

to come to the "person" that i see in this pic; the skin tones their variance and intensity is just about perfect.
you can almost feel that she may actually blush if embarrased right in front of your eyes

the full pink lips are in perfect sync with the hair do+eye make-up
although i am not an expert on such subjects i can only thnik that you have gotten the light source and applied it just the right way to the facial features which in return really makes it solid and caressable

and lastly, the eyes. they are not perfect.
not in line with each other
of center
but those (i dont know if you were trying that effect) little off and wrongs has done so much for this piece that really bring a natural and afore mentioned "humanly" feel to it.
the glare again consistant with the lighting
not overdone
just enough hazy and like a door to her soul where you can feel her emotion in her almost void expression.
